ORDER PROCESSING:Please allow 10 business days to process and deliver your order. FLAT RATE SHIPPINGOrders are generally shipped within 10 days. Flat rate shipping fee of Rs. 550 applies to orders shipping to Outside Sindh. We do not ship outside of Pakistan at this time. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Sindh: Rs. 500 Outside Sindh: Rs. 550 Overnight shipping service: Rs. 1500 SHIPPING AND THIRD PARTY DISTRIBUTIONDusk Candles guarantees the condition and quality of products only up to the point of delivery to the original customer who placed the order. Once the order has been delivered and accepted by the purchaser in satisfactory condition, Dusk Candles assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, or issues arising from further handling, storage, or shipping of the products to third parties, including but not limited to PR recipients, influencers, or celebrities. Any redistribution or reshipping of products after delivery is done solely at the purchaser’s risk. RESHIPPING AND PACKAGING GUIDANCEIf the purchaser intends to redistribute, ship, or include Dusk Candles products in PR packages, gift boxes, or third-party deliveries, we recommend taking extra care in repackaging to prevent damage during transit. Each candle should be individually wrapped in protective material such as bubble wrap or foam padding. Candles should then be placed in a sturdy box with sufficient cushioning (e.g., packing paper, foam peanuts, or additional bubble wrap) on all sides to minimize movement. Fragile labels on the outer box are also recommended. Please note that any repackaging and reshipping is carried out at the purchaser’s own responsibility. REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGESWe accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at duskcandlesco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
